Lawyer | Founder of GOCASI
Mr. Obadiah Makhali David founded GOCASI in 2006 after witnessing the dire needs and human rights abuses in internally displaced peoples camps in northern Uganda. His vision and leadership have transformed GOCASI into a leading human rights organization serving thousands across Uganda.
